Life in the sea goes circling, like everywhere else. A sunk ship killed by a coral reef after a time becomes a frame of a new reef. A colony of coral polyps cannot start to grow on the sand - it needs a hard base, and a wreck is suited perfectly for that. A few years will pass by and the wreck will become an oasis of tropical life; the same oasis as its killer - the reef.
