Sony CD-250, CD-400, CD-500 ... Digital Still Camera Housing

All camera controls are accessible in this unique housing. The complete system with camera weighs 9 pounds. Removable external UR-Pro filter is included. Optional UWL-100 wide angle lenses produced by Inon or the #58070 Sea & Sea digital wide conversion lens can be attached to the port.

The housing is molded of corrosion free clear polycarbonate and operates safely to 200 feet. The Release Handle system and removable base plate allow easy attachment of our video lights and TTL SubStrobes.

The camera flash is blocked by the housing, but a deflector is included that allows use of the Manual Controller that provides 10 power settings with the DS-50 or DS-125 digital SubStrobes. The very short pre-flash duration of these cameras precludes use of the TTL Slave Sensor.

Housing measures 8" wide including knobs; 12" wide with the removable handle bar attached; 8" high including the removable base; and 7" deep including knobs and port.

The base provides a stable platform when housing is not used, but removal creates a smaller profile if preferred.
