The camera operates in very low light levels. It seems to be very effective in close-up situations. Video Light systems are suggested because the flash in these cameras is not TTL controlled.

The lens port allows attaching the optional wide angle lenses produced by Inon, Olympus, Epoque or the #58070 Sea & Sea digital wide conversion lens. The lens design of the camera requires these lenses zoom out just slightly from widest angle setting to prevent vignetting.
