The exotic Canon GL2 digital camcorder proves to be a very satisfactory installation in our mid-size cylindrical housing. Optional WD-58 wide angle lens from Canon must be installed on the camera to operate in this housing that features:

External UR/Pro filter and Video Eye viewfinder magnifier are included. The base removes instantly with a unique toggle clamp for traveling or attaching of the optional Pro Video Light and battery.

The "Clearly Superior" design provides full view of the camcorder information, control functions, and assurance the system is safe. You can see the case is properly sealed.

The housing is constructed of 6.5" outside diameter clear acrylic tubing shrouded with cast aluminum end caps for strength and trouble-free performance. Complete housing measures 14.5" long, 12" wide with the handle assembly, and 11" high including the removable base and top carrying handle.

Housing weighs 18 pounds; 22 pounds with the camera and lens installed.
